# Proposed content-to-email sequence

Status: fictional planning template, not a running campaign or measured outcome.

1. Guide invitation: “Want a short checklist for this next step?” State the exact subject and frequency. Keep the guide usable without subscribing.
2. Confirmation: explain what the visitor opted into and provide the promised item only after the appropriate consent workflow. Do not put an email address in a campaign URL or event payload.
3. Follow-up: “Continue with the next step in your checklist.” Link to the guide that answers that specific question, with a clear unsubscribe path. Timing should match the task, not an assumed universal send schedule.

## Hypothetical arithmetic
1,000 guide views; 120 signup starts; 36 confirmed signups; 18 email guide clicks.
Start rate = 120/1000 = 12%.
Confirmation among starts = 36/120 = 30%.
Confirmed signups per guide view = 36/1000 = 3.6%.
Clicks per confirmed signup = 18/36 = 50%, only if counts are comparable unique recipients over the same follow-up window. These figures demonstrate denominators, not an observed conversion funnel or a causal result.

## Review
Verify every definition, denominator, consent condition, deduplication rule and measurement window before launch. Never infer success from a raw click count alone.
